HAPPY MOTHERS DAY!!!!
The salon is back to reasonably NORMAL trading hours as follows:
Tuesday - 9am - 2pm
Wednesdays - 9am - 5pm
Thursdays - 9am - 9pm (by appointment for late night)
Friday - 9am - 5pm
Saturday - 9am - 2pm
As I have been working and trying to contact all displaced client appointments from March, a few people have slipped through so I do apologise if I have missed anyone :(
If you haven't already made an appointment, be sure to get in quick as we are booked in advance and wanting to make sure we have looked after all of our regular clients.
We are still restricted by Government guidelines and have continued to offer our services safely. To ensure that we continue to do so, please reschedule if you are feeling unwell with any signs of COVID-19 or cold/flu symptoms.
At this time, we are unable to provide beauty/tanning services.
Stay well and we will see you all in the salon soon. On a personal note....Thank you for your continued support throughout this crazy time. It is greatly appreciated. I hope that you appreciate how tirelessly I have worked to support your needs during this time.

We are still OPEN and trading, HOWEVER, there are several restrictions and limitations which I implore you to please read carefully to ascertain if you are affected with an upcoming appointment:
I am currently the only stylist working as all other team have elected to self isolate.
As you can understand, I have children and a husband who is employed in an essential service.
I am working on days where my husband is not rostered to ensure that I can keep as many clients appointments as possible. This is incredibly difficult to manage and maintain and I have spent many hours on the phone contacting as many clients as possible who have recently been affected by our reduced hours.
* If you haven't been contacted by me personally via phone or with a direct sms confirming an up coming appointment....

* if you have received a text message advising that 'due to COVID-19 we cannot currently service your appointment'.....

I am rescheduling appointments that have been cancelled into a time and day that I will be in the salon however as there are so many, and only me, it is very difficult and there are delays. You will have also been directed to this page to explain the reasons why.
* to find out what days the salon will be open, please call 0755130800 and listen to the answering message which will indicate the next opening day of the salon.
* I am rebooking as many clients who have been affected into new time slots and anyone who doesn't currently have a booking I am rebooking into time slots from the second week of May onwards.
* I can only ask for your patience and support during this difficult time
My only focus at this time is to keep the business that I have grown over the last 7 years operational for as long as I possibly can. Bills keep coming regardless of COVID-19 and while we are still allowed to open, I am happy to open. I understand the risks associated with opening and I implore you all to ensure that you do not willingly risk both me and my families lives by attending if you are unwell.
I am looking forward to coming out the other end of this and the best way for you to support my small business is to be there when I can reopen the salon with a full team at full capacity.

UPDATED SALON & CANCELLATION POLICY FOR COVID-19 MANAGEMENT
The safety of everyone in our community is priority. We are doing our part to keep the people we love safe & minimizing the risks by following the recommendations of the Australian Government & The World Health Organisation. Please note that if: You are a confirmed or unconfirmed case of Novel Coronavirus You have been in contact with anyone who is suspected confirmed or unconfirmed Novel Coronavirus You have been in contact with anyone who is suspected unwell You have been asked to self quarantine from work You have been advised to quarantine by a medica professional You have recently arrived into Australia from overseas (legal 14 day self quarantine effective 16/3/2020) OR You have any of the these symptoms: fever cough sore throat fatigue difficulty breathing WE REQUIRE THAT YOU INFORM US, AS WE WILL NEED TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT AFTER 14 DAYS. BUSINESS INTERUPTIONS
AT IMAGES HAIR & BEAUTY As you can appreciate and expect, there is a lot of uncertainty currently and we are all striving to ensure that our doors stay open. Rest assured that we do have a contingency plan in place. In saying this, there is little that we can do should we be forced to close due to government guidelines or closures to essential services which supply our business. Furthermore, as a small business we are feeling the pressures of operating outside of our normal perameters. As of 17th March 2020, there may be interuptions to the following: * Alterations to business hours - Answering machine service will advise what hours the salon will be running along with social media updates however we anticipate currently minimal if any current changes over the next 2 weeks. * Alterations to availability of team - Dependant on alterations to business hours and availability of team through potential school closures. Currently only Candice is on pre arranged leave due to surgery. * Alterations to Retail stock - We will not be restocking shelves and will only be ordering what is required by clients on a request basis. Please be patient whilst we ascertain what is available through our suppliers. We will of course be updating this information as it changes and will refer all clients back to this page for updates via email and text notifications. Updates will also be made to our facebook and instagram pages moving forward.
