UPDATED SALON & CANCELLATION POLICY FOR COVID-19 MANAGEMENT
The safety of everyone in our community is priority.
We are doing our part to keep the people we love safe & minimizing the risks by following the recommendations of the Australian Government & The World Health Organisation.
Please note that if:
You are a confirmed or unconfirmed case of Novel Coronavirus
You have been in contact with anyone who is suspected confirmed or unconfirmed Novel Coronavirus
You have been in contact with anyone who is suspected unwell
You have been asked to self quarantine from work
You have been advised to quarantine by a medica professional
You have recently arrived into Australia from overseas (legal 14 day self quarantine effective 16/3/2020)
You have any of the these symptoms:

AS WE WILL NEED TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT AFTER 14 DAYS.
You can never be too careful when it comes to your health.
Our team have implemented sanitising procedures on top of standard sanitation measures to ensure that each and every client is being cared for with the highest level of caution. All stations are being sanities between each client, hand sanitiser is available to all clients and social distancing measures have been established to ensure safety amongst team and clients.

As you can appreciate and expect, there is a lot of uncertainty currently and we are all striving to ensure that our doors stay open. Rest assured that we do have a contingency plan in place.
In saying this, there is little that we can do should we be forced to close due to government guidelines or closures to essential services which supply our business. Furthermore, as a small business we are feeling the pressures of operating outside of our normal perameters.
As of 17th March 2020, there may be interuptions to the following:
* Alterations to business hours - Answering machine service will advise what hours the salon will be running along with social media updates however we anticipate currently minimal if any current changes over the next 2 weeks.
* Alterations to availability of team - Dependant on alterations to business hours and availability of team through potential school closures. Currently only Candice is on pre arranged leave due to surgery.
* Alterations to Retail stock - We will not be restocking shelves and will only be ordering what is required by clients on a request basis. Please be patient whilst we ascertain what is available through our suppliers.
We will of course be updating this information as it changes and will refer all clients back to this page for updates via email and text notifications. Updates will also be made to our facebook and instagram pages moving forward.
We thank you for your support of our business during this difficult and somewhat confusing time and look forward to keeping our doors opened long term by making some short term changes.
